Our primary clients are people and households seeking value-added expertise, service, and financial advice with investable assets exceeding $500,000.

We provide customers with a fee-based account solution. This means that fees are charged as a percentage of the market value of assets, as opposed to a commission per transaction. The more assets the clients have with us, whether individually or as a household, our fees decrease accordingly.

With online access to your accounts, you can view the value of each account, individual holdings, and transactions from the previous business day. You can choose to get your tax slips, confirmations, and statements either electronically or in physical copy. There are also reports on foreign assets and realized gain and loss.

Every month, or every three months if there haven’t been any purchases or sales, you will receive a statement detailing the assets and activities in your Investors Group account.

In order to view their accounts and obtain their statements, confirmations, and tax slips electronically, clients frequently choose for online access. This allows them to view account values, holdings, transactions, and performance. Since we value communication with our advisers, our firm does not provide internet trading as one of its offerings.

The Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF) safeguards you and your funds. To support this  Investors Group is one of  members of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). Up to $1 million is protected for each client account.

In the event of insolvency, our clients are covered by this insurance. However, investors are not protected against market fluctuations in specific securities. For detailed information about this coverage, visit CIPF.ca or request a comprehensive brochure from one of our offices.
